Refund & Returns
Wellness Vital Hub wants you to be happy with everything that you buy from us. Below are the terms and conditions that will be applied for returns, replacements, and refunds. By purchasing the products online, you accept the following terms:
1.Returns can be made in the following cases
In case the product delivered to you is damaged, defective, incorrect or missing.
For accepting the returns, the return should be made within 7 days from the delivery date and the product should be in its original condition, unused with all its original packaging, tags, labels, invoices attached. Return will not be accepted in cases, where the product shows signs of use or is damaged by the customer. Also, if you send the product for returns without any original packing or with some other packing.
2.Some items are non-returnable
Certain products may be considered non-returnable in cases where due to the nature of the product, health, or safety or some law it cannot be returned. We will clearly mention such products as Non-Returnable on their product page. Products like discounted/sale, customised orders, promotional products also non-returnable in case the product is delivered to you as in bad state or as instructed and they cannot be taken back in general returns.
3.Return Procedure
To initiate a return request, please get in touch with us at info@wellnessvitalhub.com, with your order ID and a reason for your return. We may ask you to provide clear pictures or videos of the product and packaging. After your request has been reviewed and approved, we will provide you with further instructions on whether to ship it back to us or if we can collect it from you.
4.Return Pickup & Shipping
Wherever reverse pick up facility is available we would attempt to collect the product from your delivery location itself. For other regions where return pick up isn’t available we would ask you to ship the product back to us, the cost of shipping might be reimbursed once it’s verified upon quality inspection at our end and it is returned based on reasons of damage or defective.
5.Inspection & Approval
Upon receiving the returned product, we will conduct a thorough inspection of the product to verify the damage or defect mentioned by the customer. Wellness Vital Hub reserves the right to accept or reject the return based on the inspection.
6.Refunds
Once your return has been approved, we will issue a refund within 7-10 business days of your return approval, directly to your original payment source. Original shipping charges paid for your order are non-refundable unless the return is because of a mistake on our end.
7.Replacement
For products delivered in a damaged or defective condition, customers have an option to opt for a replacement of the product instead of a refund (depending on availability of the product). Once the returned item is received and approved, replacement orders will be processed.
8.Order Cancellation
You may cancel an order only before it has been shipped. If an order has already been dispatched, then the request will be processed according to our standard return policy.
9.Delayed refunds
In the case where you have not received your refund within 10 business days, please check first with your bank or payment gateway. If, by any chance you still haven’t received your refund, then please contact our support team and it would be resolved as quickly as possible.
10.Updates to the Policy
Wellness Vital-Hub has the sole right to update or modify this Refund & Returns Policy without any prior notification to anyone. Any change/modification in the policy will take effect immediately after publishing this page.
