Shipping Policy

At Wellness Vital Hub, we are dedicated to ensuring your orders reach you swiftly, securely and conveniently. This Shipping Policy outlines our procedures for processing, shipping, and delivering your purchased items. By placing an order on our website, you accept the terms stated herein.

1.Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days from the date they are placed, excluding Sundays and public holidays. This includes verification, quality inspection, packaging and dispatch preparation. You will receive a dispatch confirmation along with tracking details via email or SMS once your order has been shipped.

Please note that during high traffic periods, promotions, sales or unexpected circumstances, order processing might take slightly longer than usual. We appreciate your understanding.

2.Shipping Locations

We currently ship orders to various locations across globe. In cases where your pin code or delivery area is not covered by our courier partners, we shall notify you and either cancel the order or issue a full refund as per our Returns & Refunds Policy.

3.Shipping Charges

The shipping charges, if applicable, are calculated at the time of checkout based on:

  • Location of delivery
  • Order value
  • Desired shipping method

 All applicable charges will be displayed to you clearly before you confirm your order. From time to time, we do offer complimentary shipping promotions, so keep an eye on our website for any updates. We charge $14 shipping amount below the order of $100.

4.Estimated Delivery Time

The delivery time frame can vary based on your location and the chosen courier service. As a general estimate:

  • Metro cities: 10-15 business days
  • Non-metro & remote areas: 15-25 business days

 These delivery estimates are approximate and delivery could be impacted by weather-related events, courier network disruptions, strikes or other uncontrollable circumstances.

5.Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive the tracking number via email or SMS. You can use this number to track your shipment’s progress directly on the courier partner’s website. If you encounter any difficulty in tracking your order, our customer support team would be happy to assist.

6.Delivery Issues

Wellness Vital Hub will not be held responsible for delivery failures arising from incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer. Please ensure you review and confirm all delivery information, including your complete address and contact number, before confirming your order.

If the courier attempts to deliver the package and no one is available to receive it, the package might be returned to the sender or a redelivery attempted. In such instances, additional shipping charges may apply.

7.Damaged or Missing Packages

If you receive your order in a damaged, tampered or incomplete condition, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photographic or video evidence of the package and its contents. We will investigate the issue and take appropriate action according to our Returns & Refunds Policy.

8.Change or Cancellation of Orders

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be modified or cancelled. If you need to make changes to your delivery address, please contact us immediately after placing your order. Changes to the delivery address are subject to review and approval prior to dispatch.

9.Force Majeure

Wellness Vital Hub will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery of orders caused by events beyond its reasonable control, such as natural disasters, government regulations, courier service disruptions or other unforeseeable circumstances.
